Finally, OFSS releases an Online Spot Admission Application Form. By filling in this form, students can take admission in a college of their choice.

2. आप ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र के माध्यम से बीस विकल्प विभिन्न कॉलेज अथवा विद्यालय में आवेदन दे सकते हैं| अपने विकल्पों का चुनाव अपनी वरीयता सूची के अनुसार करें |

4. इस आवेदन हेतु आपको आवेदन शुल्क 350 रूपए देने होंगे, जो निम्न माध्यमो से दिया जा सकता है :
   • आप सहज वसुधा केंद्र के माध्यम से आवेदन दे सकते हैं एवं 350 रूपए आवेदन शुल्क वसुधा केंद्र में ही जमा कर सकते हैं |
